May 7 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm for Growing God's Garden Expo at First Congregational Church. Come support the Boys & Girls Club Garden with donations of seedlings and other garden supplies and stick around for fun Nature Connections stories read by author, Elle! Get you own set of autographed books while you're there and help support her nonprofit, Caregivers of Mother Earth.

May 28 and 29 from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm both days - Join Elle at Hendersonville's Garden Jubilee's Pollinator Alley across from the Visitors Center at 201 South Main Street. She will be reading stories and selling autographed copies of her books to support Caregivers of Mother Earth, nonprofit. 

You will also find: Milkweed Meadows Farm; Spriggly’s Beescaping of Waynesville; Henderson County Beekeepers and others. Local honey, pollinator plants, native bee houses, children's nature books and more will be available for purchase and there will be lots of information on natural gardening and pollinator-friendly gardening. There will be a series of nature talks at the Visitor’s Center stage. Come support Elle as she shares her magical adventure on Saturday morning at 10:00 am. Guaranteed to be fun for all ages!

June 10, 17, & 24 from 6:00 pm  - 7:00 pm Story Time with Elle before Music on Main.

Gather outside of Hendersonville Tourism Bureau, 201 South Main Street, Hendersonville, NC 28792. Come early to Music on Main and hear magical children's stories by author Elle Travis as we celebrate Pollinator Month. Mother Earth is asking us to remember simple pleasures playing outdoors and these stories are sure to help you connect with nature.

Bee Wise & Have Fun June 11, 10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4pm

Two Locations: 10am - 12pm at Hidden Trails Coffeehouse, 3630 Brevard Rd. Hendersonville, NC and 2pm- 4pm at The Horse Shoe Farm, 155 Horse Shoe Farm Drive, Hendersonville, NC.

Have a fun filled morning at Hidden Trails Coffeehouse and explore pollinator flowers, see the hand-made bee houses and enjoy magical stories, including Bee Wise by local author, Elle Travis. In the afternoon the fun festivities move to The Horse Shoe Farm where you will get to sample some farm-raised honey alongside more fun stories for the children read by the author. Enjoy story time with Author Elle as we go through the seasons of a garden and explore fun stories with characters like Rusty the Rooster, Buzzy the Bee, Reggie the Snail and so many more unlikely heroes.
